Egz88 Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to egz88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and egz88 ("Platform", "Company", "We") regarding the use of the egz88.com website and all related services, including the egz88 mobile app for Android and iOS.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the egz88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all additional policies and guidelines published by egz88 from time to time, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are drafted in Bahasa Melayu as the official language. In the event of any inconsistency between the Bahasa Melayu version and any translation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

• An individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) egz88 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different information or different devices, are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• The full name registered must match the name on your official identification document.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• Any activity that occurs in your account is considered your own action unless you report an account breach to us immediately.
• The registered phone number and email address must be active and reachable for verification and communication purposes.

Egz88 reserves the right to decline registration applications without providing a reason. In cases where KYC verification fails or the information provided is found to be inaccurate, egz88 reserves the right to close the relevant account.

Egz88 supports a wide range of deposit methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards issued in Malaysia.

• All deposits must be made from an account or card registered under the same member's name.
• Egz88 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third parties in any form.
• Deposits made using unauthorised methods or funds obtained unlawfully will be held and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Any charges or fees imposed by the bank or e-wallet operator are the sole responsibility of the member.

Egz88 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal terms and procedures apply to all members:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered under the same member's name with your egz88 account.
• New members must complete at least one deposit and fulfil basic KYC requirements before their first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days.
• Egz88 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify identity and source of funds before approving large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, egz88 will use server logs to determine a fair outcome.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated wins.

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other members to defraud the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Spreading false or misleading information about egz88 on or off the platform.
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.

Egz88 takes your privacy and personal data security seriously. All information you provide during registration and use of the platform is stored and processed in accordance with the egz88 Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• All data transmitted between your device and egz88's servers is encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology.

Egz88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Age verification or KYC failed, or the information provided was found to be false.
• Activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no activity.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, egz88 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious breach, the funds in question may be permanently forfeited.

Egz88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

• Inability to access the egz88 platform due to system maintenance or unavoidable technical disruptions.
• Loss or damage to data caused by factors beyond egz88's control.
• Valid game outcomes that result in losses to the member.
• Unauthorised access to the platform resulting from a member's failure to secure their account.
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.

In all circumstances, egz88's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Egz88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on egz88.com.

• Members will be notified of material amendments via in-account notifications or their registered email.
• Continued use of the egz88 platform after any amendment is published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the amendments made, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, or by arbitration as mutually agreed.
